POLICIES AND TUITION

1. Spectators are NOT allowed in class. On occasion, teachers will invite parents in to watch the last five minutes of class. 

2. The studio is NOT responsible for any injuries incurred before, during, or after any lesson on the premises. 

3. Cell phones are NOT allowed in class. 

4. To ensure a quality education for all of our students, each student is expected to attend weekly classes. Repeated absence and overdue tuition will not be tolerated.

5. To maintain our dance floor, please no shoes other than dance shoes. 

6. We take pride in our annual recital and hope to have all students participate. However, if you do not wish to perform please notify us as soon as possible.

7. Students are expected to act with the utmost respect before, during, and after classes. 

8. We ask that you keep the waiting room clean. Please discard any trash. 

9. Costumes must be paid in full when the order is placed in January. Costumes that are not paid in full will not be ordered. This will run the risk of delivery running late and your child not receiving a costume. A $20.00 late fee will be charged on any late costume orders. 

10. A $10.00 late charge will be added to your account for any late payments over ten days. A $20.00 fee will be added to your account for any returned checks. 

11. After your second late payment, you will be asked to keep a credit card on file for automatic payments/withdrawals on the 1st of each month. 

12. I have read and understand the rules of the Alden Harrison Dance Centre, and agree to abide by them. I will not hold the studio, instructors, and/or property owners responsible for any injuries incurred before, during or after any class or performance. 

13. Throughout the year pictures and videos may be taken and posted on social media.
